I bought this ronin katana elite bare blade for the purpose of customizing it. Here is what I plan to go with so far...

Tsuka:
New tsuka core.
Same (black) Full wrap.
Katate-maki (battle wrap) w/ the top/bottom folded portions done tsumami-maki style.
Ito- silk, either dk green, dk brown, or black. I really like the idea of the dk green tho.

Custom Fittings:
Fuchi/kashira, seppa, and single habaki w/ cat scratch done in Fine Silver.

Saya:
Standard saya w/ gloss black lacquer and 6" rattan wrap.

Still tossing around ideas on the tsuba, haven't quite figured out what I am looking for but I have a couple of ideas I am thinking of. I'll post those pics when I get the chance.

Very nice. The same full wrap: is the seam overlapped or end-butted? What is the QC rate of the wrap as far as the nodes are concerned?

I'm not entirely sure. I emailed RnB 2 weeks ago about trying to get this project started but have yet to hear back.
